Ingredients
  1. ¾ cup (180 ml) pomegranate juice
  2. 1 orange, peeled, halved
  3. 2 Tablespoons (30 g) plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1 banana, peeled
  5. 2 cups (60 g) spinach
  6. 1 Tablespoon flaxseed
  7. 1 cup (150 g) frozen tart cherries
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
  1. Flaxseed must be ground to get the nutritional benefits. The Vitamix pulverizes them finely to achieve this.
  2. This recipe has been written for the C-Series machines with Variable Speed control and Standard 64-ounce container. If you are using a different Vitamix machine or container size, you may need to make adjustments to the Variable Speed, processing time, and/or ingredient quantities.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup ice, cubes
  2. 1/3 lemon , peeled
  3. 1/3 orange , peeled
  4. 1/3 frozen, banana
  5. 10 frozen, grapes
  6. 1/3 apple
  7. 2 inches English, cucumbers
  8. 1 kale stalk, stem removed
  9. 10 baby, spinach, leaves
  10. 1/2 avocado
  11. 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  12. 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  13. 1/4 cup fresh, coconut, flesh
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender in order. Press GREEN SMOOTHIE setting. Process for entire program or until smooth. Serve immediately.

  2. 1 cup fresh cranberries
  3. 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 2 banana, quartered and frozen
  6. 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds

  1. VARIATIONS
  2. Add ½ tablespoon flaxseed oil for a nutty flavor and an omega-3 boost.
