Ingredients
- 1 medium Idaho potato
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter, unsalted
- ½ cup heavy cream
- salt and finely ground white pepper to taste
- white truffle oil to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in heavily salted water until fork tender.
- Drain, add butter and warm cream and mash until consistency desired.
- Add salt, pepper and truffle oil to taste.
