Asian Beef Soup Jar
- 1 TBSP beef soup base
- 1 TSP red miso paste
- 2-3 TSP garlic chili sauce
- 1.5 TSP sesame oil
- Thinly sliced cooked beef
- Handful of kimchi
- Pea pods
- Zucchini noodles
- Optional: tofu shirataki noodles
- Sliced mushrooms
- Cooked shelled edamame
- Thinly sliced scallions
- ½ hard boiled egg
Shrimp Curry Soup Jar
- 1 TBSP chicken soup base
- 1 TSP brown sugar
- 2 TSP red or green curry paste
- 1 TSP garlic chili sauce
- 1.5 TSP fish sauce
- Cooked shrimp
- Boiled sweet potato or butternut cubes
- Sliced mushrooms
- Zucchini noodles
- Optional: tofu shirataki noodles
- 2 TBSP coconut milk
- Torn cilantro
Chicken and Vegetable Soup Jar
- 1 TBSP chicken soup base
- Thawed peas and carrots
- Cubes of cooked chicken
- Sliced mushrooms
- Zucchini noodles
- Optional: tofu shirataki noodles
- Spinach leaves
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients in a 1.5 pint jar with lid
- Place lid on jar and store in refrigerator
- Just before eating, allow the jar to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes
- Add boiling water to the top, place lid on and shake gently to combine flavors.
- Allow to sit for about 2 minutes, so that hot water can heat all ingredients.
- Enjoy!
