Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound hot bulk sausage
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Place eggs in buttered casserole and season to taste. Cook sausage, drain and sprinkle over eggs. Pour sour cream over sausage. Combine crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over casserole. Place in oven to heat thoroughly and brown top under broiler.
